Internal team hub for Duarte's Events
Duartes Events Scanner is a private, internal tool used by the staff of Duarte's Events, a Puerto Rico–based picnic and event planning company. It is not a public product — access is limited to employees with an assigned account.
Staff use it day to day to manage the event calendar, client bookings, payroll, expenses, and team communication. One feature scans a dedicated company Gmail inbox, using read-only access, to automatically pull new booking confirmations from our third-party booking platform (Viator) into the team calendar — saving staff from copying each booking over by hand.
This app is sign-in only. There is no public-facing functionality — every page requires an authorized Duarte's Events staff account to view.
